SMS Terms & Consent

📱 ZeroMissCall missed-call text-back
📍 United States
💬
How you consent to these messages

When you call a business that uses ZeroMissCall and the call is not answered, an automated message asks you to press 1 if you would like to receive help by text. You will only receive a text message if you press 1 to opt in. If you press 2 or hang up, no message is sent.

1
Program Description

ZeroMissCall provides an automated missed-call text-back service on behalf of service businesses (such as plumbers) in the United States. When a customer calls a business that subscribes to ZeroMissCall and the call goes unanswered, our system automatically sends a text message from that business to the number that called, so the business can continue helping the customer by text.

These are conversational, customer-initiated messages. The customer starts the interaction by calling the business, and text messages are sent only after the customer presses 1 to opt in during the call.

3
Message Frequency, Rates & Opt-Out
  • Message frequency — varies by conversation, typically 2–5 messages per inquiry.
  • Rates — message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out — reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation that no further messages will be sent.
  • Help — reply HELP at any time, or contact the business directly, for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared.

4
Example First Message

The first message of every conversation identifies the business and includes opt-out instructions, for example:

“Hey! Thanks for calling Dave’s Plumbing — sorry we missed you, we’re probably out on a job. I can help you right now over text. What do you need? Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.”
